I don't know who Elena is, but she sure knows how to make a chili casserole. Sundays make you think of comfort food and this was one recipe I felt needed to be made on this particular day. Absolutely delicious, super easy to make, and we dolloped some sour cream on top just to add a little tang. Scott compared it to a Frito pie in a casserole format which is exactly what it is. Sorta reminds me of all 3,034 baseball games I went to of Scott's over the years. Enjoy this comforting dish!
