Sundried Tomato Herb Chicken Sliders

This next recipe is another Paleo goodie that was absolutely delicious.  Not only was it quite easy to make, but it was fun, too.  You make everything from the bun, to the garlic aioli to put on top.  Now, with Paleo, you are not supposed to have breads, so how do you have Chicken Sliders with a bun if you can't have a bun?  Well, you make these herb buns with the ingredients shown below (Minus the mustard powder. That was for the aioli.).  We were only able to find all of these at Whole Foods, so you sort of have to go searching for them.  They are somewhat expensive, but you know that you are able to use them on multiple recipes so it makes it easier.

It only took about an hour to make everything with the help of Scott grilling the sliders.  I thought they were so absolutely delicious.  Scott thought the bun was a bit too sweet, but still good nonetheless.  Since they were tiny sliders, we anticipated on having more than just the one but let me tell you, neither of us could finish a whole one.  They are that filling.  And they are so small.  I get this diet now.  Not very much food fills you up so much.  If you are able to find these ingredients, I would highly recommend making this.  Even if you aren't able to make the bun, the sliders and the garlic aioli are great in themselves!  Nolan enjoyed the food a lot as well!  Definitely a winner in my book!

Recipe for the bun, sliders, and aioli can all be found here at Multiply Delicious.
