Recipe: Chicken Tortilla Soup

SO ummmm....we got a bit of snow, did we?  Thankfully it was on a weekend so we could all be snowed in together.  What a better way to stay cozy by the fire but with a nice cup o' soup?  Scott has made this chicken tortilla soup in the past because he absolutely can't get enough of Red Robin's Chicken Tortilla Soup and this happens to be a similar recipe to it.  Or at least that is what the internet tells us and we know that the internet never lies.  But really, he said it tastes exactly like RR's.  Perfect for a cold winter day!
